Everyone was wonderful. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. And I don’t know what to say about Dr. Christopher Hixon. He was just over the top. Explained things so well. And VERY VERY down to earth. This visit was far beyond what a person could imagine. Thanks to all of you for making this a wonderful exam and one that certainly eased my conscience. 👍

Every single member of the staff was extremely kind, understanding and personable yet highly professional. The office wait time is ridiculous. Well over an hour and I had to leave. If a wait time is going to be that long please be upfront with the patients so they can plan accordingly as a lot of people do work. The patients time is just as valuable as the doctor's time. This is the second time I have experienced this at this office.

I had a course of treatment with Sheila Radtke, the Medical Aesthetician at the Rockwall location. I am really impressed with her quality of care both in the office and also in making sure that I understood how I needed to follow up at home. The treatment was not very pleasant and with another aesthetician I wonder if I would have completed it. With Shelia, who is very kind, I always felt safe and comfortable and most importantly, knew exactly what was going on. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Everything and everyone concerning my appointment was excellent with one exception. I had a 9:30 appointment and I arrived at 9:20. However I was not seen until 10:15! I can understand 15 even 20 minute delay but 45 minutes was very frustrating! I had another appointment at 11:00 and started to think I would be leaving before seeing Marissa. I will continue to recommend your practice but do hope this waiting time can be improved.

Dr.Hixon and his his staff were very friendly and attentive. Listened to our concerns and addressed the one by one. Clear course of action and follow up plan. Respectful and extremely kind natured. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit for my 2 year old. Will be scheduling appts for the rest of my family.

The lobby wait times is long and this office is located in the part of Rockwall where cell service doesn’t work. The front desk said they’re not allowed to give out WiFi access info and no guest WiFi is provided. If you’re going to make …

Absolutely incredible experience! I was a new patient and I was able to go in, fill out all the paper work, have my general exam, AND get three biopsies, all during my 1 hour lunch break. I was shocked! Although it was so quick I didn’t feel rushed and Marissa was very thorough and comforting. So happy I found them!
